We are looking to hire full-time sales associates who are ready to close deals and own the sales process to help us reach our 2022 goals. Hours are flexible and a valid driver’s license is required. We are looking for associates who are familiar with the solar industry, consumer SREC's and Enphase energy/MyEnlighten computer programs.

 

Salary: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year

You determine your salary! Competitive commission rates, plus hourly wage.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow up with leads, own the #STTR business process, and contribute to the county-level commissioning process.

• Conduct on-site consultations

• Create customized photo-voltaic solution packages to satisfy customer needs.

• Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.

• Select solar energy products, systems, or services for customers based on electrical energy requirements, site conditions, price, or other factors. Assess sites to determine suitability for solar equipment, using equipment such as tape measures, compasses, and computer software.

• Prepare or review detailed design drawings, specifications, or lists related to solar installations.

• Track and report county commissioning

• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License

• Solar Sales Experience Highly Preferred

• Entrepreneurial Sales Mindset

• Dependability
